1. Cleaning section

2. Crushing section

Since cassava roots are big and long, the crushing section mainly includes two steps: using a cassava cutting machine to cut full pieces of cassava into small pieces, and then using a hammer crusher or a cassava rasper to crush them into fine cassava mash. After crushing, de-sander machine will be installed to eliminate small sand debris.

3.Drying section

In the processing method of cassava flour, the drying section plays a role in removing extra water and dry qualified cassava flour. Fine cassava mash obtained from the crushing section will be pumped into a filter press machine for dehydration, from which you can get wet cassava powder with moisture content around 40%. And then, the wet cassava powder will be sent into a flash dryer for final drying. Through this drying step, the moisture of final cassava flour is around 12%.
