2024-03-06On the date of January 31st, 2024, our team visited one cassava starch processing project in Oyo state of Nigeria. The cassava starch processing project can process 2 tons of fresh cassava tubers per hour. Recently, it was just completed installation, and then waiting for testing and commissioning when water, electricity, and raw cassava tubers are ready.

Our client placed an order for the cassava starch processing project around the end of year 2020. Because of COVID, our project manager finished all meetings with clients through online media, including equipment list confirmation, video inspection of our factory and equipment, etc.
In the year 2021, we arranged shipment for the client. Totally two 40ft containers and one 20ft container were needed to load all cassava starch processing machines.

Because of special conditions during COVID, we recommend a local technician to the client for the installation of equipment. We provided all related drawings for equipment layout, foundation, platform, pipe networks, etc. Besides, online guidance and video calls were provided.
The whole cassava starch processing project are installing
The whole cassava starch processing project consists of raw cassava cleaning, washing, cutting, crushing, fiber separation, de-sanding, starch concentration and refining, dewatering, starch drying, sieving, and packaging. With the input of 2 tons of cassava tubers, the client can get around 500kg of starch per hour. Apart from the main equipment, electricity control cabinets were matched to control equipment easily.
