4. Vibration Sieve

In the process of cassava product processing, the vibration sieve, is used for sieving the garri/cassava flour according to the fineness or particle size required by the customer. After frying and cooling, the garri is poured into the vibration sieve. By adjusting the amplitude of the vibration motor of the sieving machine, the movement trajectory of the material on the screen is changed. The material smaller than the hole diameter of the screen falls through the screen hole to the lower layer and becomes the screen material. The material larger than the hole diameter of the screen is discharged from the discharge port after continuous jumping movement. The coarse and fine materials are automatically discharged, and the screening is finally completed. In the production process of garri, two layers of vibration sieve are usually selected. The first layer of the screen material is the large particle material, and the second layer of the screen material is the finished product -- garri. (Some also use multiple layers, depending on customer needs)
