Firstly, a dry sieve machine is used to remove surface impurities attached to the cassava surface. Then, cassava will drop into the paddle washer machine for complete cleaning. After that, a cassava peeling machine is adopted to remove the first and the second skin of cassava roots. Our newly designed peeling machine adopts sand rollers to remove cassava skins. During the peeling process, spray water is added to clean out peel residues. After peeling, peeled cassava will be crushed by a grinder machine. Our grinder machine can be driven by a diesel engine or electric engine. Clients can choose suitable designs according to local conditions. After grinding, a hydraulic presser machine can be used for the dehydration of cassava paste.
