Jinrui Foodtech Signs Myanmar 2 TPH Cassava Starch Equipment Order

On October 30, 2026, Jinrui Foodtech (Henan Jinrui) signed a contract with a customer from Yangon, Myanmar, for cassava starch processing equipment with a reported capacity of 2 tons per hour. The order covers crushing, fiber separation and starch purification equipment for a project combining manual operations with mechanized processing. The agreement was reached after two factory visits, during which the customer evaluated our equipment quality and technical expertise while comparing suppliers from Thailand.

Myanmar Cassava Starch Project Background

The Myanmar customer previously operated in the cosmetics industry and is now developing a cassava starch processing project in cooperation with the chairman of a local cassava association.

The project plans to combine manual operations with mechanized processing. The customer approached us to supply equipment for the key stages of starch extraction and refining, with the aim of increasing production capacity and improving processing efficiency.

The main requirements discussed during the purchasing process were:

  • Processing capacity: Equipment for a 2 TPH cassava starch project.

  • Equipment scope: Machinery covering crushing, fiber separation and starch purification.

  • Equipment quality: Reliable construction and suitable processing technology.

  • Technical support: Clear explanations of equipment functions and processing requirements before purchase.

These requirements formed the basis of our equipment discussions and subsequent factory visits.

Jinrui's 2 TPH Cassava Starch Equipment Solution

For this Myanmar order, we proposed five types of cassava starch processing equipment covering three key stages of starch extraction and purification. The configuration focuses on the machinery required for the customer's project rather than a complete automated production line.

Processing stageEquipmentFunction and technical features
CrushingCassava Cutter + RasperThe cutter prepares cassava roots for rasping, while the rasper breaks down cassava tissue to release starch. Our referenced cutting and rasping technology has a documented crushing rate of ≥96%.
SeparationCentrifuge Sieve + Fine Fiber SieveThe centrifuge sieve removes larger cassava fibers, while the fine fiber sieve removes residual fine fibers before starch purification.
PurificationHydrocyclone StationMultistage washing and centrifugal separation refine the starch milk. Our referenced 18-stage hydrocyclone technology has documented indicators of 99.5% starch purity and an approximately 94% extraction rate.

The technical figures above are reference indicators from our equipment documentation, not verified operating results from the Myanmar project.

Two Factory Visits Before the Purchase

Our first recorded contact with the Myanmar customer took place through WhatsApp on February 20, 2024. As the project progressed, the customer arranged two visits to our factory in 2026.

First Visit: Technical Evaluation on August 31

During the first factory visit on August 31, our engineers discussed cassava starch processing technology and explained the functions of the proposed equipment. The customer also inspected our factory and evaluated equipment quality, gaining a clearer understanding of our manufacturing capabilities and technical approach before moving forward with the purchase.

Second Visit: Procurement Discussions on October 20

The customer returned to our factory on October 20 to discuss equipment pricing and procurement arrangements. With the technical evaluation completed during the earlier visit, this meeting focused on the commercial details of the order. Ten days later, on October 30, 2026, we signed the equipment contract.

Why the Customer Chose Jinrui Foodtech

Before confirming the order, the Myanmar customer also considered cassava starch equipment suppliers from Thailand. Our customized equipment configuration, attention to manufacturing quality and technical support throughout the purchasing process provided important grounds for the customer's evaluation.

1. Customized Equipment Solution

Rather than recommending a complete automated cassava starch production line, our engineers developed an equipment configuration based on the customer's plan to combine manual operations with mechanized processing. The final order covers five types of machinery for crushing, separation and purification, demonstrating our ability to adapt cassava starch processing solutions to different production arrangements.

2. Equipment Quality and Factory Inspection

Equipment quality was a key consideration for the customer. Our cassava starch processing equipment specifications include stainless-steel construction for relevant material-contact components, supporting corrosion resistance and hygiene during wet processing. During the first factory visit, the customer inspected our manufacturing facilities and discussed equipment quality directly with our engineers, allowing a more informed assessment than product descriptions or quotations alone.

3. Technical and Procurement Support

From the initial WhatsApp inquiry in February 2024, our team supported the customer through equipment selection, solution development and technical discussions. The first factory visit provided an opportunity for direct engineering consultation and equipment evaluation, while the second focused on pricing and procurement arrangements. This support, together with the professionalism and sincerity recognized by the customer, contributed to the final purchasing decision.

Cassava Starch Processing Equipment for Your Project

The Myanmar contract reflects how we support customers with different production requirements, including projects that need individual machines rather than a complete automated cassava starch processing line.

If you are planning a cassava starch processing project or need individual machines for crushing, separation or purification, contact Jinrui Foodtech with your required capacity, raw material details and equipment needs. Our team can discuss suitable machinery and provide a quotation for your project.
