40 TPH Cassava Chips Processing Line Order in Nigeria | Jinrui Foodtech
On September 30, 2026, Jinrui Foodtech (Henan Jinrui) signed a contract to supply 40 TPH cassava chips processing equipment for an alcohol production project in Ogun State, Nigeria. The Lebanese-owned customer ordered a dried cassava chips grinding system with conveying and dust collection equipment. The agreement followed an engineering visit to the project site and discussions about the customer’s production requirements.

Project Background & Contract Signing
The customer is a Lebanese company developing an alcohol production facility in Nigeria. Its project required large-scale grinding of dried cassava chips to prepare the material for subsequent alcohol production. At the time of the site visit, approximately half of the alcohol production equipment was already in place, making compatibility with the developing plant an important consideration.

40 TPH Cassava Processing Solution
The contracted solution combines dried cassava chips grinding with material conveying and dust collection to support the customer’s alcohol production project. Rather than a single machine, the equipment package brings together the main processing and supporting functions required for high-throughput dry material handling.
Cassava chips grinding system: Processes dried cassava chips into smaller particles for the next stage of alcohol production.
Material conveying system: Transfers chips and ground material between the relevant processing sections.
Dust collection system: Captures dust generated at appropriate points during grinding and material handling.
For projects starting with fresh cassava roots, Jinrui Foodtech also provided a broader cassava chips processing line, including cleaning, chipping and drying before the grinding stage. The Nigerian contract specifically covers dried-chip grinding, conveying and dust collection.

Why the Customer Chose Jinrui
On-Site Assessment & Customized Solution
On August 10, 2026, our engineer based in Nigeria visited the customer’s site in Ogun State. With part of the alcohol production facility already equipped, the discussion centered on the planned dried-chip grinding section and how it would fit into the customer’s developing operation. Seeing the site firsthand provided context that equipment specifications alone could not convey, including the status of the project and the need to coordinate with other production sections.
The visit helped the two sides discuss a solution around the actual plant conditions and processing requirements rather than treating the request as an off-the-shelf machine purchase. This practical approach to technical communication was part of the process that led to the September contract.
Technical Expertise & Equipment Quality
Quality was one of the customer’s main purchasing priorities, and other suppliers were also competing for the order. The proposed package addressed the grinding task together with conveying and dust collection, giving the customer a coordinated equipment scope for its alcohol production application rather than separate, unrelated machines.
The contracted equipment specifies Siemens explosion-proof motors and SKF bearings. These component choices aligned with the customer’s expectations for industrial equipment quality and formed part of the technical and commercial evaluation before the customer made its supplier decision.
Local Support & Overseas Warehouse
The availability of an engineer in Nigeria enabled direct, in-person discussions during the procurement stage. For a customer building an industrial facility, local communication made it easier to explain the project status and discuss equipment requirements without relying entirely on remote exchanges.
Jinrui Foodtech’s overseas warehouse resources were another factor cited in the purchasing decision. Together with the on-site technical engagement, this overseas presence contributed to the customer’s choice of Jinrui Foodtech in a competitive supplier selection.
Project Outlook & Next Steps
With the contract signed, the 40 TPH equipment package will proceed through the subsequent supply stages. The project adds to the company’s experience serving cassava-related industrial processing needs in Nigeria; equipment shipment, installation and commissioning have not yet been reported as completed.
