The cooperation originated from our client’s inquiry on June 23, 2025. As a new entrant to the cassava flour processing industry, our Rwandan client hoped to obtain a professional and tailored dry-process cassava flour processing solution to realize localized processing of cassava and improve the added value of agricultural products. After in-depth communication with our client, Henan Jinrui recommended the 10-15 ton dry-process cassava flour production line based on the local raw material conditions and our client’s target output demand, which perfectly matched our client’s actual production needs.

July 2025: Our client confirmed the overall technical direction of the 10-15 ton dry-process cassava flour production line provided by Henan Jinrui.
End of 2025: Our client reactivated the project and accelerated the preparation process.
January 2026: Both parties reconfirmed the technical proposal and signed the formal cooperation contract.
March 20, 2026: After joint coordination to solve temporary banking transaction issues, Henan Jinrui successfully received the advance payment, and the project officially entered the execution phase.
