2tph Attieke and Gari Processing Line for Ivory Coast — From Manual to Mechanized

Henan Jinrui Food Engineering Co., Ltd. has signed a contract with our Ivory Coast cassava processor for a 2 tonnes-per-hour (2tph) input capacity dual-purpose attieke and Gari processing line. The deposit was confirmed on May 30, 2026, following a factory visit by our client in April.

About the Equipment

The order covers a combined attieke and Gari processing line — a single system that produces two finished products from one cassava input. This 2tph line shares preprocessing modules for washing, peeling, grinding, fermentation, and dewatering, then separates into dedicated finishing sections:

Attieke section: granulating machine + steaming machine

Gari section: gari fying (fryer) machine + sieving machine

This dual-product configuration allows the processor to serve both the attieke and Gari markets in Ivory Coast and across West Africa with a single equipment investment — significantly lower than purchasing two separate lines.

Deal Background

Our client had years of cassava processing experience in Ivory Coast before pausing operations. When he decided to restart and expand into mechanized production, he contacted Henan Jinrui on November 18, 2025 with a clear set of requirements.

Henan Jinrui’s manager prepared a customized machine list and quotation tailored to our client’s goal of producing both attieke and Gari for export from Ivory Coast. Instead of offering two separate cassava processing lines — which would have doubled the investment — our team proposed a shared preprocessing design that splits into dedicated attieke and Gari finishing sections. This dual-product approach reduced our client’s equipment cost significantly while keeping full production flexibility for both products.

Over the following months, Henan Jinrui backed up its proposal with evidence: factory photos, videos of completed machines, and records of previous overseas client visits. Our client appreciated the transparency but wanted to see the operation firsthand.

On April 21, 2026, he and his partner visited Henan Jinrui’s workshop. In China’s cassava machinery industry, many suppliers operate as trading companies without their own manufacturing capacity. Walking through Henan Jinrui’s factory floor — seeing the assembly line running, finished machines waiting for delivery, and the quality control process — confirmed that this was a genuine manufacturer. Our client inspected machine build quality, discussed after-sales service and installation procedures, and reviewed payment terms face to face with Henan Jinrui team.

Satisfied with what he saw — a real factory, a cost-effective 2tph dual-product solution, and a team that understood his business from the start — he requested the contract. A final round of pricing discussions followed, and the deposit was wired on May 30, 2026.

In addition to garri and attieke processing lines, Henan Jinrui also manufactures processing lines for cassava flour, starch, and chips, with capacities from small workshops to industrial-scale plants.
