In cassava processing, small cassava pieces first drop down into the rasper machine and then are crushed by the high speed of the rotated drum of rasper. The drum is installed with numerous saw blades, and it rotates at a high speed of more than 2000 rpm. After crushing, cassava mash drop down through the gap between the drum and the block. The gap is 2mm so that only small particles that are below 2mm can pass through. And then cassava mash will be crushed again and go through the bottom sieve. The design can ensure a high grinding rate.
